Why Hire New Boundaries?
Participants of our programs learn valuable life skills that can be applied to achieve both their residential, and vocational goals. Participants are taught methods and processes that would be used in any job within the community. Through training in our Amigos store, participants work on merchandising, pricing, customer service and cash-register skills.
Clients are also trained in all aspects of cleaning and janitorial skills and are taught methods and processes that could be applied to a variety of jobs within the community. Lawn care is also a part of our training skills and community members and businesses hire our clients throughout the spring and summer months.
Do you have a job that needs to be done? If you are interested in finding out more about our program or would like to hire one of our clients, please contact our Community Employment Coordinator, Sarah Naugle at 902-798-5160 or email New Boundaries Community Employment.
Hiring someone through our Community Employment Program provides the employer and employee with ongoing job coaching services and follow up.
